Weider Protein Pancake Mix is an excellent choice for making protein-rich oatcakes, with less carbohydrates and almost 35% of protein.

The blend combines whole grain oat flour with whey protein, egg and milk, providing essential amino acids and high biological value protein. It uses whole egg powder for fluffy and tasty pancakes.

Instructions for use

Mix 50 grams of product (2 heaped ladles) with 100 ml of water in a mixer. Leave to stand for a few seconds.

How much protein do they have and where does it come from?
It contains a 31% protein, which combines whey protein concentrate, egg and milk protein isolate, resulting in a much more complete aminogram.
How is the product taken?
Mix 50g of product with 100ml of water or milk, according to taste, and leave to stand for a few seconds. Then cook the dough either in the microwave or in a frying pan, depending on the type of final preparation required.
