At Weider we have made this version avoiding all that. Because there are always alternatives to eat healthy like this oatmeal cookies recipe that we explain to you now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The base of our cookie dough is oats. Oats have a multitude of benefits, including the stimulation of the amino acid lecithin, which helps to eliminate toxins. It also helps control blood sugar levels and improves digestion. We have included one part in the form of oat flakes and one part in the form of whole oat flour from&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/weider.es\/en\/productos\/catid\/18\/eid\/1926\/harina-de-avena-integral-instantanea-bajo-en-azucar\/\"><strong>Gourmet Oat Flour<\/strong><\/a>On this occasion we have opted for the rice pudding flavour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To give them a touch of flavour, we have played with adding oatmeal, orange and dark chocolate chips to these cookies. And to sweeten them without overdoing it on the sugars we have used our organic coconut syrup.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/weider.es\/en\/productos\/catid\/18\/eid\/1912\/organic-coconut-syrup\/\"><strong>Organic Coconut Syrup<\/strong><\/a>. A 100 % natural % sweetener .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/weider.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/7022cookies-de-avena-receta-saludable.jpg\" alt=\"Image\" width=\"434\" height=\"289\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are the ingredients and how to prepare this recipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients for 12 oatmeal cookies:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>100 g of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/weider.es\/en\/productos\/catid\/18\/eid\/1926\/harina-de-avena-integral-instantanea-bajo-en-azucar\/\">Gourmet Oat Flour<\/a>&nbsp;Rice Pudding<\/li><li>1 Orange<\/li><li>1 egg<\/li><li>200 g oat flakes<\/li><li>10 ml of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/weider.es\/en\/productos\/catid\/18\/eid\/1912\/organic-coconut-syrup\/\">Organic Coconut Syrup<\/a><\/li><li>20 g dark chocolate chips<\/li><li>7 g yeast<\/li><li>10 ml extra virgin olive oil<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/weider.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/7024ingredientes-cookies-de-avena.jpg\" alt=\"Image\" width=\"434\" height=\"289\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Grate a bit of orange peel<\/li><li>We add the oat flakes, the flour&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/weider.es\/en\/productos\/catid\/18\/eid\/1926\/harina-de-avena-integral-instantanea-bajo-en-azucar\/\">Gourmet Oat Flour<\/a>add the yeast and a pinch of salt. Mix well.<\/li><li>Add to this mixture the egg, the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/weider.es\/en\/productos\/catid\/18\/eid\/1912\/organic-coconut-syrup\/\">Organic Coconut Syrup<\/a>Add the oil and the juice extracted from the squeezed orange. Mix it all together until it is a homogeneous mass.<\/li><li>Add the dark chocolate chips, mix again.<\/li><li>Prepare the baking tray with paper and flour on the base to prevent the dough from sticking.
