Salads, in particular, are one of the most practical foods to carry and eat from a jar. To give it extra protein and to make the dish vegetarian at the same time, we added some croutons of Weider's protein bread, the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/weider.es\/en\/productos\/catid\/18\/eid\/1922\/protein-bread\/\">Protein Bread<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/weider.es\/en\/productos\/catid\/18\/eid\/1922\/protein-bread\/\">,<\/a>&nbsp;which contains an amount of protein on a par with beef or chicken. To this we have added egg and fresh cheese 0% fat, to achieve the protein you need for a meal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other hand, this salad will provide you with a large amount of fibre thanks to the spinach, carrot and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/weider.es\/en\/productos\/catid\/18\/eid\/1922\/protein-bread\/\">Protein Bread,<\/a>&nbsp;which is rich in fibre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cherry tomatoes, radishes and a dressing of extra virgin olive oil, the best way to add good healthy fats to your salad, complement this salad with vitamins A, C and E, and other nutrients such as potassium, antioxidants and iodine, among many others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong> for the jarred salad:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 slice of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/weider.es\/en\/productos\/catid\/18\/eid\/1922\/protein-bread\/\">Protein Bread<\/a><\/li><li>5 g Spinach<\/li><li>30 g grated carrot<\/li><li>6 Cherry tomatoes<\/li><li>4 Radishes<\/li><li>60 g fresh cheese 0%<\/li><li>1 hard-boiled egg<\/li><li>Olive Oil VE<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/weider.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/7078Ensalada-en-tarro-Ingredientes.jpg\" alt=\"Image\" width=\"434\" height=\"289\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>- Toast the Protein Bread slice and then cut it into squares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Wash and chop the rest of the vegetables: spinach, carrots, tomatoes and radishes.
