{"id":49364,"date":"2014-02-17T10:54:49","date_gmt":"2014-02-17T09:54:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/weider.es\/2014\/02\/17\/magdalenas-fitness-proteicas\/"},"modified":"2024-04-03T13:26:59","modified_gmt":"2024-04-03T11:26:59","slug":"magdalenas-fitness-proteicas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/weider.es\/en\/magdalenas-fitness-proteicas\/","title":{"rendered":"Protein Fitness Muffins"},"content":{"rendered":"<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/weider.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/magdalenas-fitness-2x1600x400.jpg\" alt=\"Protein Fitness Muffins\"\/><figcaption><br><br><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un delicioso desayuno<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezcla primero todos los ingredientes secos:<br><br>\u2013 1\/2 taza de harina de trigo integral<br>\u2013 1\/2 taza de prote\u00edna VICTORY NEO ISOLATE WHEY 100 sabor vainilla<br>\u2013 1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear<br>\u2013 1\/2 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio<br>\u2013 1\/2 cucharadita de sal marina<br>\u2013 1\/3 taza de az\u00facar org\u00e1nica<br>\u2013 3 cucharadas de polvo de stevia u otro edulcorante, \u2026 o 6 paquetes de edulcorante.<br><br>A\u00f1adir la mezcla en un batidor con el resto de ingredientes:<br><br>\u2013 2 claras de huevo<br>\u2013 3 cucharadas de Aceite de canola (oliva u otro aceite vegetal tambi\u00e9n vale)<br>\u2013 1\/2 taza de yogur griego natural bajo en grasa (esto a\u00f1adir\u00e1 humedad)<br>\u2013 Extracto 3 cucharadita de vainilla<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>** Para hacerlo de chocolate, a\u00f1adir 2 cucharadas de cacao en polvo sin az\u00facar y reemplazar la prote\u00edna de vainilla por la de sabor chocolate. Rociar con aceite de oliva en spray los moldes para magdalenas. Vierte la mezcla en no m\u00e1s de 1\/2 a 3\/ 4 de su capacidad (no lo llenes demasiado). Hornear durante 14-17 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9 cocido media (usa un palillo de dientes y p\u00ednchalo para asegurarte de que sale seco antes de probarlos).
