BCAA tablets consists of synthetic branched chain amino acids which provides the trained muscles. During training muscle cells spend energy, which in part is obtained from amino acids. In fact, these should be used for the build-up of muscles. Numerous studies have shown a greater anabolic effect and greater effectiveness of BCAAs in 2:1:1 ratio (leucine:isoleucine:valine), so Weider has formulated this product combining these three amino acids following this ratio (2:1:1:1) to provide you with the maximum BCAAs per dose with the greatest possible effectiveness. We can therefore conclude that: – Supplementation with BCAAs before training will delay fatigue and provide an energy substrate to supplement muscle glycogen stores.
