Está elaborada a partir de leche de vacas que pastan al aire libre (Grass-Fed), de la cual se extra una proteína de suero de leche 100 % aislada (patente Isolac). La extracción de esta proteína se hace en frío para asegurar obtener el mayor porcentaje de proteína posible, cerca del 90%. Muchas otras marcas ofrecen proteína aislada de mayor porcentaje, pero porque mezclan la proteína aislada con otras para subir ese porcentaje.
