This smoothie is made with strawberries, a fruit that is easy to find nowadays, rich in antioxidants, fibre, minerals such as magnesium and essential vitamins such as C.
For protein we have added vegan protein Vegan Proteinwhose high quality protein comes from pea and rice, 100% tolerable for everyone. It is combined with natural Greek yoghurt, which is another source of protein thanks to the milk, but if you want to make it vegan you can use soy yoghurt, which also contains a high percentage of protein and fibre.
And the final boost of energy from this smoothie is provided by a spoonful of peanut butter from Peanut Butter Smooth. This peanut butter is 100 % natural, with only peanuts roasted and crushed into this rich cream. Without any additives, sugar or palm oil. It contains protein and healthy monounsaturated fats ideal for burning during any physical exercise, as well as being appetising to the palate.

Ingredients for 1 Energising Smoothie:
- 170 g Strawberries
- 30 g of Vegan Protein
- 125 g Yoghurt (Greek or other variety)
- 1 tbsp. of Peanut Butter Smooth
- 150 ml water
Preparation:
- Wash and cut the strawberries.
- Mix the strawberries, yoghurt, Penaut Butter Smooth, Vegan Protein and water.
- Blend until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
- Serve and enjoy!
