The main ingredients of BCAA RTD include:

Branched-chain amino acids (2:1:1): Leucine, isoleucine and valine, essential for muscle growth and maintenance. These amino acids are involved in muscle recovery and help control fatigue. BCAA RTD provides 1500 mg of leucine, 750 mg of isoleucine and 750 mg of valine per 250 ml.

L-alanyl-L-Glutamine (Sustamine®): A dipeptide consisting of alanine and glutamine that improves fluid regulation during prolonged exercise, promotes muscle rehydration after exercise and delays fatigue during high intensity exercise. BCAA RTD provides 300 mg of Sustamine® per can.

Vitamin B6: Contributes to proper protein and glycogen metabolism, essential for muscle recovery and reduction of fatigue.
