Who's bitter about a brownie? Hardly anyone does, right? Well, we've turned the recipe upside down and we've made it fithealthier, less calorie-dense and just as tasty. Prepare the ingredients and get to work!

Ingredients :

  • 180 g. of Gourmet Oat Flour brownie flavour.
  • 20g. yeast.
  • 60 g. olive oil.
  • 50 g. pine nuts.
  • 50g. of almonds.
  • 2 bananas.
  • 2 eggs.

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºc.
  • In a bowl, add the eggs and bananas and mix until smooth.
  • Then add the flour, salt and baking powder and mix well.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients
  • Finally, pour the batter into a baking tin and place it in the oven.
