Who's bitter about a brownie? Hardly anyone does, right? Well, we've turned the recipe upside down and we've made it fithealthier, less calorie-dense and just as tasty. Prepare the ingredients and get to work!
Ingredients :
- 180 g. of Gourmet Oat Flour brownie flavour.
- 20g. yeast.
- 60 g. olive oil.
- 50 g. pine nuts.
- 50g. of almonds.
- 2 bananas.
- 2 eggs.
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180ºc.
- In a bowl, add the eggs and bananas and mix until smooth.
- Then add the flour, salt and baking powder and mix well.
- Add the rest of the ingredients
- Finally, pour the batter into a baking tin and place it in the oven.
