Tips to start 2018 with good eating habits
The new year is here and it has 365 days to stay. Now is the ideal time to resume good eating habits that we have forgotten or to acquire new ones to improve our quality of life, our projects and our health.
Organisation is always the key to everything. A disorderly life always leads to chaos and the consequent frustration of not achieving the goals you had set for yourself. That's all I need to say. Remember, managing your life is at first like learning to drive: the first practices are terrible, you lack hands, feet and eyes to attend to everything... then, over the months and years, you even enjoy driving while listening to good music.
Here are a series of guidelines that I'm sure you already know, but it never hurts to remember them in this new year.
- Set your alarm 15 minutes earlier than usual.Do you know all the things you can do and organise in 15 minutes? One of them: A good breakfast.
- Organise your diet because it is our source of energy. It seems unbelievable that the most important thing, which is the energy we need to live and progress, is often the most neglected. I always say: "If you eat quality, you get a quality body; if you eat junk, you get a junk body".
- Buy yourself a diaryYes, I know that nowadays everything is done with the mobile phone, but where is the old habit of buying a diary at the beginning of the year in which we wrote down all our projects, our social commitments, our reminders, work tasks, our marks in the gym, our weight, etc... Let's write it down! It is more than proven that writing down our thoughts, goals and tasks, strengthens even more our will and motivation.
- Organise your time. There are no excuses for not train because there is always some time. Nowadays gyms have a more than flexible timetable, and you can always maintain an active life by leaving the lift behind, going for a walk, cycling, skating, dancing...
- Your mind always in good shape. It is important to exercise your mind so that stress and negative or pessimistic thoughts do not take hold of you. Don't let them! Smile, be kind, don't let yourself be invaded by other people's energies that may put pressure on you, it is very important in life to have a positive attitude.
And so on and so on and so on... and after about 21 days you will see that all these habits will no longer cost you any effort, you will do everything automatically.
