In this energy smoothie we have used our best-known vegan protein, the Vegan Protein, as the protein base for this smoothie. The protein in this product comes primarily from high quality pea protein and rice protein. Both are staples in the vegan diet. Pea protein covers almost 100 % of the essential amino acids. Rice protein benefits muscle development and maintenance, which is ideal for active people.
Together with the vegan protein we have mixed products that are well known for their energetic properties such as banana, avocado and spinach.

Ingredients for 1 Vegan Energy Smoothie:
- 30 g of Vegan Protein Vanilla flavour
- 180 ml water
- 70 g banana
- 50 g avocado
- 70 g spinach
- 50 g raspberries
Preparation
- Mix the Vegan Protein, sliced banana, peeled avocado, spinach and raspberries in a bowl with the water.
- Blend everything at maximum power until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Serve with some more raspberries for decoration and drink!
