The base of the dough is oats, which have a multitude of benefits, including the stimulation of the amino acid leticin, which helps to eliminate toxins. It also helps control blood sugar levels and improves digestion. For this we have included whole grain oat flour from Gourmet Oat Flour by Weider, this time we have chosen the apple cinnamon flavour.

To add a touch of flavour to this delicious apple and cinnamon biscuit recipe, we've played around with adding dark chocolate chips.
