Our diuretic smoothie proposal is loaded with pineapple, this wonderful tropical fruit helps to alleviate digestive system disorders and also fights fluid retention. That is why it is an ideal fruit to drink after a big meal.
To this diuretic smoothie we have added the Vegan Protein in pina colada flavour, as it is the most ideal for this smoothie due to its flavour. To add the protein your body needs, the use of this protein also makes the smoothie suitable for vegans and those intolerant to lactose and gluten.
A little cucumber for the amount of nutrients and fibre it provides, and a little ginger to aid digestion complement this diuretic smoothie.

Here are the ingredients and how to prepare it:
Ingredients for 1 pineapple diuretic smoothie:
- 200 g Pineapple
- 120 g Cucumber
- 30 g Vegan Protein Piña Colada
- 200 ml water
- ½ lemon
- 1 teaspoon ginger.
Preparation:
- Peel and cut 200 g pineapple.
- Peel and cut 120 g of cucumber.
- Cut 1/2 lemon
- Mix 200 ml of water with 30 g of Vegan Protein Piña Colada. Add the pineapple, cucumber and a teaspoon of ginger. Squeeze ½ lemon and puree.
Serve and enjoy this delicious pineapple diuretic smoothie!
