quiche-fit

So tasty that you won't miss the traditional version.

We have made this quiche in a vegetarian version with courgette, spinach and onion, but for the more carnivorous you can try and experiment by adding chicken or turkey breast.

The base of our fit quiche is made from whole wheat flour and oat flour. Gourmet Oat Flour neutral flavour.
