Vegan Red Berry Ice Cream

A vegan ice cream with less than 200 calories

At Weider we have always thought that taking care of yourself and enjoying yourself is compatible. And to prove it to you we have made this vegan ice cream recipe, low in calories and with vegan protein, so that it is suitable for everyone.

The good weather is finally approaching, and our bodies are asking for it. We miss the sun, swimming in the sea or the pool and having a good ice cream.

The recipe is also super easy and quick. All you need is the Vegan Protein and a handful of frozen strawberries and raspberries, you can add or remove any red fruit to customise it as you like, such as blackberries or blueberries.

For this vegan ice cream, we couldn't but choose our vegan protein Vegan Protein which will give you 24g of high quality protein from peas and rice. But if you're not vegan, you can always try using other proteins, such as Gold Whey with its many flavours or Neo Isolate Wheyprotein with pure whey isolate.

Here are the ingredients for a good vegan red berry ice cream, but you can also make a larger quantity and leave it in the freezer for several scoops.

Ingredients:

  • 30 g of Vegan Protein Vanilla flavour
  • 100 g frozen strawberries
  • 80 g frozen raspberries

Preparation:

  • Add the strawberries, the raspberries and the Vegan Protein vanilla flavour to a bowl.
  • Blend everything at maximum power until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  • Freeze, and when frozen, enjoy.
