Today we bring you a delicious recipe for a very complete protein cake made with pumpkin and oatmeal.

We have added whey protein Premium Whey, which has extra L-glutamine, which promotes muscle recovery and development.

This pumpkin sponge cake has no added sugars, but it will taste just as sweet thanks to the Organic Coconut Syrup, Weider's organic coconut blossom syrup, 100% natural and suitable for vegans.

Preparation: 

  • Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff and then add the yolks and beat again.
  • We add the Organic coconut syrup and milk and mix it.
  • Mash the pumpkin and add it and blend again.
  • Then we add all the powdered ingredients: the oat flour, the protein, the oatmeal, and the oats. Premium Whey Protein and the yeast. Mix again until the dough is homogeneous.
  • Add a little cinnamon if you like, mix and grease the mould to pour the mixture into and bake it.
  • Bake 190º for 30 min.
