Besides being delicious, this ice cream provides healthy fats from the avocado, high quality protein from the Gold Whey and carbohydrates from the creamy natural Greek yoghurt.

A perfect choice as a snack or even as breakfast if you are in the sweet-toothed category. It provides energy over a long period of time and has a satiating effect that helps to reduce cravings.

Avocado is also a type of fruit that contains a high percentage of fat, but healthy fat, and among its many benefits is that it helps to reduce cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood, and contributes to reducing blood sugar peaks thanks to its high fibre content.

Avocado ice cream recipe:

Ingredients needed:

  •     30 g of Gold Whey Coco-Cookies flavour
  •     150 g frozen avocado
  •     125 g plain Greek yoghurt

Preparation:

  • Add all ingredients to the mixer and blend.
  • Divide the contents into a freezer-safe container.
  • Freeze for 1 - 2 hours.
  • Remove from the freezer and serve.
  • You can decorate it with whatever you like, dark chocolate or frozen fruit, low-sugar chocolate syrup.
